CookinUpWitFO is a dynamic entrepreneur, engineer, producer, videographer, and creative advisor whose journey in the arts began at age 7 with the drums, eventually transitioning into music production by 13. His career is a testament to innovation and collaboration, shaped by a passion for filling creative gaps and fostering community.

Inspired by his father, a bass player, CookinUpWitFO grew up surrounded by R&B and hip-hop influences. These roots, combined with his environment, continue to drive his artistic vision. He carries on his family’s entrepreneurial spirit, reflected in ventures like Creators Lounge, which started as a studio and evolved into a vibrant event hub for creators, aligning with the legacy of his parents’ businesses, Creative Computers and Creative Care.

Professionally, CookinUpWitFO is currently working at Antidote Studio in Flint, MI, collaborating with talented artists such as Babyfxce E, YN Jay, Louie Ray, YSR Gramz, Max Hilli, HBK BOOM, and others in the surrounding areas. His role at Antidote Studio has further cemented his reputation as a trusted engineer and creative collaborator. Additionally, he offers remote engineering sessions for artists who have their own studios but need expert mixing and mastering services.

Previously, he made his mark at Indie Spot in Bay City, hosting “Cook Up” sessions that connected local talent, and at The Hip Hop Lab in Detroit, working with artists such as Icewear Vezzo, RioDaYungOG, Peezy, Babytron, and more.

A visit to Tokyo, Japan, where he collaborated with artists and soaked in the culture, stands out as a transformative experience in his career.
